Sylvia Muzzy
Sylvia Muzzy is a San Marcos native and the founder of an established real estate firm serving the Greater San Marcos Area with expert residential services. With over a decade of private sector business experience and nine years in the public sector with Hays County, Sylvia has honed her skills in marketing strategy, budget management, event planning, and business development. She leverages her deep connections and extensive knowledge of both sectors to provide exceptional service to her clients. Sylvia earned a degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from Texas State University.
A dedicated community leader, Sylvia serves on the boards of several local non-profits and is a proud member of the San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as the President of a nonprofit organization that provides school essentials to children in need.
